Keith Railton

Keith Railton has appeared at a number of theatres in the area and first joined the Criterion Theatre in Coventry in 1965. His most recent appearances have been as Robert Cecil in Anne Boleyn, Mr Green in Visitng Mr Green, Henry Ormonroyd in When We Are Married, Jaggers in Great Expectations, Ronald in Absurd Person Singular, Richard in The Seafarer and Arvide in Guys and Dolls.

He also sings locally, and has voiced a children’s cartoon series called Broomstick Cottage. He directed Treasure Island, Oh! What a Lovely War, Brassed Off, The Graduate, The Herbal Bed. and will be starting David Copperfield later in the year. Keith is currently Artistic Director of the Criterion.

His association with Two Hats does not go unmentioned having appeared in ‘A Servant to Two Masters’ and triumphing as Sigmund Freud in their production of ‘Hysteria’.
