Nicholas trained at the Birmingham School of Acting, which he represented at the William Poel Shakespeare Memorial Festival at the National Theatre.
Nicholas’s latest TV appearances have been in the new BBC3 comedy sketch show The Wrong Door and in the sitcom pilot Tell Me for FreeFall Films.
Theatre work includes An Inspector Calls Back for Cheltenham Everyman Theatre; Sleeping Beauty for Imagine Theatre; Great Expectations The Musical at the Alexandra Theatre, Birmingham; Spider’s Webb and Wuthering Heights, both at the Manor Pavilion, Sidmouth; Mole in Toad of Toad Hall at Eye Theatre, Suffolk; Robin Hood and the Babes in the Wood at the Swan Theatre, Worcester; and in Roy Hood’s Puss in Boots at the Theatre Royal, Bury St. Edmunds.
On tour in Pop-Up Theatre’s Me Lizard; Lysander and Flute in A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Tranio in The Taming of the Shrew for The Festival Players.
As well as appearing in many commercials and corporate films, Nicholas has years of experience working with young people around the country as a theatre workshop leader and youth theatre director.
